The Toronto Recorder Players Society (RPS) holds monthly meetings from September to May, generally on the fourth Friday, at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church (the venue is accessible). See below for directions and a map.
Amateur recorder players of all ages get together to sight read music of the Renaissance, Baroque and beyond, selected either from the extensive, on-site RPS music library or from online, publicly available music sources. A coach will lead us at the spring workshop in March.
Meetings run from 7 to 9:30. Doors open at 6:30 so that you can form groups and choose music.
